7 Week Skills and Support Group starts April 25th
This online support group combines group sharing and support with practical skills such as journaling, acupressure self-massage, essential oils, gentle movement and meditation to help lessen the pain of grief. Connecting with others who understand is essential to counteract the isolation that often occurs with loss.

Online Meditation
Online meditation classes are a wonderful way to deepen your practice and connect with others. The general format is: introductions, short discussion on a spiritual quote or elements of deepening your practice, short yoga/stretching time, 30 minutes meditation. Generally we practice 10-15 minutes of breathwork/pranayama and then 15 minutes of silent meditation. Suitable for all levels.
