During the early stages of grief or a big transition, self-care, self-compassion and setting limits are some of the most important themes. I will support you in adjusting to new circumstances and reconnecting with your heart through a combination of listening, body based tools and meditation techniques.
During later stages of grief and transition, evaluating your life, values and what is important is key. We will do an assessment of what is going on now and what you would like to let go of and what you want to develop. We will work together with a combination of energy based tools to move forward out of loss and into creation.
Holistic Coaching may also be appropriate for planning a big transition.
